I’ve been using Wordpress for my comic and blog sites. And recently I just did some overhauling and upgrading of the source files to what WAS the latest version of Wordpress. Yet, here we are, a relatively pain free weeks into using the “latest” version, and what do I see? They’ve upgraded Wordpress again. Should I even bother? I’m no tech wizard, and I’m pretty sure if I attempt another upgrade I’ll lose everything forever. FOREVER!!!

In other news, when everyone else was spending 100million dollars to see IRON MAN, I was able to catch the one night only, Toronto premiere of MACHINE GIRL. It was definitely classifiable as “so bad, it’s good.” I had a blast. An in joke infested, bloody, japanese school girl kicking yakuza, ninja ass, with an arm made of tempura to boot, blast.

I did this art for an album cover for the band THE BLEND.

Photo/texture collage and CG/digital paint techniques. It’s fun to do. And a long time coming. They had commissioned me way back last year, and I didn’t have the time to do it until very recently.Basically I said I would do a collage type of thing andthey gave me a list of imagery they wanted. I compiled everything in Photoshop, and put my spin on it. Not sure if they will be using it or not… hope to find out soon!
